Suicide Risk Assessment and Referral Pathways Training is a 3 hour training program covering risk assessment and referral pathways and will use material from the square program.

Training to be held at various Relationships Australia (SA) offices unless stated:

The training will include:

• Conducting risk assessment interview
• Scale of risk
• Care plans and management
• Engaging family, friends and other service providers.

There is no cost for training but bookings are essential. Before enrolling, please read the training outline to ensure that you have chosen the most suitable course for you.
